Personal Welcome - Master David Borowitz

For over 25 years in South Texas the Borowitz Black Belt Academy martial arts center has been dedicated to helping our students empower their lives through martial arts training. The most obvious benefits of training are getting in shape and learning techniques that can save your life. But there are so many other rewards as well. Our program motivates you to set and achieve goals. Our classes relieve stress and increase your confidence. A confidence that transfers to the rest of your life.

Our school gives you a community of support. It's a family martial arts school where friendships are made and where complicated family schedules are accommodated. Students report that they experience a sense of well-being while training with us. They describe their experience as being mentally and emotionally empowering as well as physically energizing. They speak of becoming more aware, mindful, and focused while becoming increasingly fit and proficient at defending themselves. They speak of receiving affirmation for genuine effort and accomplishment, which translates into self-worth that is invaluable.

Be assured that you do not need to be an elite athlete or even especially coordinated to achieve great results at Borowitz Black Belt Academy. Our method of training allows students to learn faster and easier than in the past.
